• Daytime Seminar: Join us for a full-day seminar on Saturday 29 March at the Carterton Event Centre.
• Nightsky Observations: Weather permitting, enjoy stargazing on Friday night at Star Safari, Ponatahi, and Saturday night at the West Taratahi Hall, 713 Chester Road, Carterton. Dress warmly and wear appropriate footwear to stay comfortable.
Venue Information:
• Star Safari: Located in the Ponatahi district, enter at 1169 Ponatahi Road. Please note that access involves about 3 km of internal gravel road, which steepens as you approach the site. Directions are provided in the program.
• West Taratahi Hall: Easily accessible with ample parking. From the North, access via Norfolk Road, turning right at the Waingawa roundabout. From the South, turn left into Chester Road at its intersection with SH2 at Clareville, near the Wairarapa A&P Showgrounds.
